3. Account Security and Verification

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before making a withdrawal, or at any time at abe77's discretion, you may be required to complete an identity verification process. This process may require you to provide a copy of your national ID, passport or other government-issued document.

3.2 Suspicious Activity

If abe77 detects any suspicious activity, fraud or unauthorised access attempts on an account, abe77 reserves the right to suspend that account immediately.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit Rules

The currently approved deposit methods on the abe77 platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. abe77 reserves the right to change methods or limits at any time.

• Only make deposits from an account registered in your own name.
• Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals from successfully verified accounts are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for your deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• abe77 may request additional verification for larger withdrawals.

4.3 Deposit Rejection

abe77 reserves the right to reject any transaction that is fraudulent, unlawful or in violation of its policies.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To withdraw this bonus, a 10x wagering requirement must be met.

• The deposited amount together with the bonus must be wagered 10 times in total.
• If you withdraw the deposited amount from your account after claiming a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Bonus funds may not apply to certain games or bet limits.
• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per user.

5.2 Promotional Offers

abe77 regularly provides various promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and the instructions given at the time of receiving the offer must be followed. Misuse of bonuses or any attempt at fraud may result in cancellation of all bonuses and closure of the account.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply when conducting all betting and gaming activities on abe77:

• Once all bets are finalised, they cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game or bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the staked amount will be refunded.

• For live betting, the terms of a bet may change after an event has started.
• abe77 reserves the right to void any bet in cases of unusual betting patterns.

6.1 Cricket and Sports Betting

For sports betting, the applicable rules for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other international cricket tournaments can be found in the game lobby. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with abe77's policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on abe77:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Operating an account in another person's name or identity.
• Applying artificial or coordinated betting strategies for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
• Attempting to operate games through hacking, software bots or automated methods.
• Colluding with other users for the purpose of fraud.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful activity.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability in the platform.
• Depositing funds into or withdrawing funds from an account through a third party.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, abe77 may immediately close the account, confiscate all funds and provide information to the relevant authorities.

8. VIP Program

The abe77 VIP Program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your activity on the platform. Cashback is provided each week in accordance with the applicable policy. abe77 reserves the right to change the benefits and terms of the VIP Program.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

11.2 Self-Closure
